Shipping

Once you have placed an order and payment has been received, we will carefully pack your order and send it to the relevant address. If your order is in stock, your package will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

We have free shipping from €150.00.
For amounts under €150.00 we charge €7.95 in the Netherlands, €15.00 in Belgium and €20.00 in the rest of Europe.

Free shipping only applies to small stock items such as candles, diffusers, vases, silk flowers, cushions and accessories. For shipping large items such as furniture, pots, rugs etc. costs will be charged at checkout. Shipping costs outside the Netherlands are on request. So if you want to order furniture while you do not live in the Netherlands, please contact us by sending an email to nick@nupuurengroen.nl

If one or more items are returned and the total amount of your order is below the free shipping, the shipping costs will still be charged. This amount will be deducted from the amount of the returned item.

We ship with Track & Trace, so you can always keep an eye on your order. For large objects such as tables, chairs, etc. we can also deliver them to you personally. This is no problem for us and we see it as an extra service. We like to see where the products end up and find it important that your order is delivered carefully.

Returns

If you have placed an order with us that was in stock and you are not satisfied, you can return it within 14 days. You will then be credited with the total order amount. The shipping costs for returning are at your own expense.

The product must be returned with all supplied accessories and in the original condition and packaging.

If the product is damaged or incomplete, these costs will be at your own expense.

PLEASE NOTE There are items that you cannot return. This concerns items that have been made to measure for you or according to your specific wishes, and items that are not in stock and will be ordered especially for you.
